Executive Director

Rebecca Case founded Developing Potential, Inc. in 1993 with only eight customers at the downtown site. Since that time, she has grown the service base to over seventy clients in two metropolitan locations. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University and is currently earning a Masters Degree in Administration. She is a member of the National Rehabilitation Association and the Missouri Association of Residential Facilities.

Director of Operations

Kari Wiss has been with Developing Potential, Inc. since 1999. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Central Missouri State University and is currently working to earn her Masters Degree in Social Gerontology. Kari serves on the Metropolitan Council for Developmental Disabilities.

QMRP

Lori Oxborough graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. She joined Developing Potential, Inc. in 2001 as a Team Leader and in 2002 moved to the position of QMRP. Lori is a Certified MANDT Crisis Intervention Instructor.
